CMF SYSTEM 1.5|2.0

The 1.5 | 2.0 CMF SYSTEM is designed for use in midface fractures, orthognathic and maxillo-mandibular reconstructive surgical procedures.

Concept

The 1.5 | 2.0 CMF SYSTEM plates are made of ASTM F-67 Titanium (Pure grade 2) biocompatible, corrosion resistance and non-toxic at biological environment, as well as the screws in ASTM F-136 titanium (TI 6AL 4V ELI).

The Compact Module 1.5mm is indicated for trauma fi xation in the middle and upper third of the face. It covers stable internal fi xation from the simplest to the most complex fractures.

  • Maxillary fractures (Le Fort I, II and III)*;

  • Orbital fractures and reconstructions;

  • Zygoma fractures;

  • Naso-ethmoid-orbital fractures;

  • Fractures involving the anterior wall of the frontal sinus.

Compact Module 2.0

The Compact Module 2.0mm consists of an extensive variety of plates and 2.0mm screws. It is indicated for mandible and maxillary osteosynthesis.

  • Non-comminuted mandible fractures;

  • Condylar fractures;

  • Maxillary fractures (Le Fort I, II and III)*;

  • Zygoma fractures *;

The Orthognathic Module 1.5mm offers a variety of solutions for the treatment of all types of maxillofacial deformity. It is indicated for osteosynthesis in orthognathic surgery, including maxilla, mandible and menton. It brings a diversity of plates with different designs, that facilitate the fixation of maxillary-mandibular osteotomies.

The Pro-Segmentation Module offers a variety of solutions for the treatment of maxillofacial deformity. It is indicated for fixation in orthognathic surgery of the maxilla, mandible and menton. This module provides a diversity of plates with designs that were developed to facilitate osteosynthesis of maxillary segmentation in orthognathic surgery.
